  1. Deposit Requirement: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  2. Online Reservations: For online reservations, bookings must be made within 3 days of the desired activity date. This ensures we have ample time to prepare for your adventure.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation 24 hours or more before the booking date: No cancellation charge. The 20% deposit may be refunded or applied to a future booking.
    • Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking date: A 50% charge of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining amount may be refunded or applied to a future booking.
  4. Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
  5. No Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the full booking amount will be charged.
  6. Extreme Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you encounter an exceptional situation preventing you from participating, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.
